Plain-language guides to Exness trading accounts and rebates

How the Exness rebate works

A rebate returns part of the spread you pay on each trade. It lowers your trading cost a little. It does not guarantee a profit and it does not cover losses.

The rates below were checked on 2026-10-13. Exness can change rates and eligible accounts at any time, so confirm the current terms after you open an account.

Does the rebate cover my trading losses?

BlueSnyaiper

No. A rebate returns only part of the trading cost. It does not offset losses and does not guarantee a profit. Leveraged trading carries a high risk of loss.

What a rebate is

When you trade, the spread is a cost you pay to Exness. If your account is linked to this site's partner profile, a share of that spread is returned to you. It is a spread-sharing arrangement tied to your trading activity. It is not a bonus, not a deposit match and not a limited-time promotion.

Because the rebate is a share of the spread, it only arises when you trade, and a larger rebate means you have traded more, not that you are better off.

Rates by account type

Kocchan

Is the rebate rate the same for every account type?

BlueSnyaiper

No. For accounts opened through this site, the rebate is 40% of the spread on Standard and 25% on Pro. Exness can change rates and eligible accounts, so check the current rate after you open an account.

Account typeRebate (share of the spread)Spread cost left after rebate
Standard40%60% of the spread
Pro25%75% of the spread

In our checks the percentage stayed the same across instruments. Exness can change the rate. Other account types are not covered on this site. See the account types page for how the accounts differ.

How the amount is calculated

Kocchan

Does a higher rebate percentage always mean a lower cost?

BlueSnyaiper

Not always. After the rebate, the spread cost is 60% of the spread on Standard and 75% on Pro. The spreads themselves differ by account type, so compare the net cost for the instruments you trade.

The amount is the spread cost of a trade multiplied by the rebate percentage.

  • Standard: rebate = spread cost x 40%
  • Pro: rebate = spread cost x 25%

Illustration with round numbers (not a typical or expected result). Suppose a trade has a spread cost of 10 USD. On a Standard account 4.00 USD would be returned, leaving 6.00 USD. On a Pro account 2.50 USD would be returned, leaving 7.50 USD. Real spread costs depend on the instrument, the lot size and market conditions.

Spreads differ between account types, so a higher percentage does not automatically mean a lower final cost. Compare the net cost for the instruments you trade.

From sign-up to receiving the rebate

  1. Open an account with Exness through the referral link on this site, so that it is linked to the partner profile.
  2. Register with your email address and a password.
  3. Choose an account type and complete identity verification. Exness usually asks for a government-issued ID and a proof of address.
  4. Make a deposit and trade.
  5. The rebate is applied automatically. No claim is needed. According to our guide, it is typically credited to the trading account on the day after the trade is closed. The exact timing and destination follow Exness's system, so check your Personal Area.

There is no separate minimum trading volume to activate the rebate. The normal account opening requirements, such as identity verification and a deposit, still apply.

Additional and existing accounts

  • Additional accounts: accounts you add later under the same profile are covered too. You do not need to repeat the sign-up step for each one.
  • Accounts linked to another partner: an existing account stays linked to the partner it was opened with. A change of partner can be requested through Exness live chat, takes about three business days according to our guide, and applies to accounts added after the change. Older accounts keep their previous link.

What a rebate does not do

  • It does not guarantee a profit.
  • It does not offset the losses of a trade. It only returns part of the cost of the spread.
  • It does not lower the risk of leveraged trading. Every position can lose money, and you can lose all of the money you deposit.
  • It is not a reason to trade more often. More trades mean more spread paid.

What exactly is the rebate?

It is a share of the spread on each of your trades, returned to you while the account stays linked to this site's partner profile. It is not a bonus, a deposit match or a one-time promotion.

When and how is the rebate paid?

It is applied automatically, with no claim needed. According to our guide, it is typically credited to the trading account on the day after the trade is closed. Exness controls the exact timing and destination, so check your Personal Area.

Is there a minimum trading volume to receive it?

No separate minimum volume is required to activate the rebate. The normal opening requirements, such as identity verification and a deposit, still apply, and Exness can update its conditions.

Which account types get a rebate, and at what rate?

The rates shown on this site are 40% of the spread on Standard accounts and 25% on Pro accounts. Rates and eligible accounts can change, so confirm the current rate after you open the account.

Can I get the rebate on an account I already have?

An existing account remains linked to the partner it was opened with. You can ask Exness live chat to change the partner link, which applies to accounts added after the change. Accounts opened earlier keep their previous link.

Does the rebate mean I will make a profit?

No. The rebate returns part of the spread and does not offset trading losses. Leveraged trading carries a high risk of loss, and you should only trade with money you can afford to lose.
